Gah, seriously, they are so full of potential. I'm disappointed to find that there are mostly a few PWPs and a lot of long fic with them as a background pairing ... although it is kind of cool to have a femslash pairing be somewhat established in a fandom, even as a background pairing? (I suspect we might see less of this now that Avengers is actually out and Clint/Natasha is such a thing--which I'm totally not arguing with, either--but still.)
