YAY! I found most of these by clicking through from Food Gawker. I have since stopped following it because it posts a LOT and I was marking most of the posts as read and ignoring them more often than not, but it's a pretty good resource.

I already follow 101cookbooks, but not Serious Eats! I shall have to rectify this. :D
