reflectedeveSo my thirtieth birthday is coming up, which is very strange indeed. I'm not quite in the position of ... strength and security, that in some ways I would have hoped for at this little symbolic turning point. Then again, maybe there's an important symbolism in that very fact; I can strip down and remake my life, approach a new decade fresh. I will try to think of it that way, especially when I'm a bit less hormonal (and feeling less absurdly cranky about Teen Wolf).
I was wondering, though! I do not usually feel comfortable asking for things for my birthday, but maybe if people felt like it, we could have a bit of a celebration of female characters? I would love it if people wanted to prompt me or write drabbles about awesome ladies that I could draw from, or do some kind of super-mini-reversebang type thing. And if not that, all your favorite awesome female-character-centric and f/f recs would be gratefully accepted, too. Anything really!
