Thank you for creating for me this round! This fest has been one of my favorites since I first discovered it seven years ago, and I'm excited to have fun with it again this year. I hope the process is as enjoyable for you!

I've decided that I'm in the mood for a smaller slate of requests this year (at least, in terms of fandom; some of them have a bunch of pairings). Nearly everything here is something I've asked for, and occasionally received, before, but will never get tired of. And a few ideas are new!

I’ve made identical requests for the 1992 anime and the manga/Crystal. Please feel free to use whatever iteration or combination suits your fancy - I love them all!

I’d prefer stories set during the Silver Millennium or the “present,” rather than in Neo Tokyo. Also, if you choose to write anything sexual in nature, I'd strongly prefer that your work be set when all the characters involved are at least 16 years old. :)


Kaiou Michiru/Tenoh Haruka - art or fic
I hardly know where to start with what I love about this pair. The absolute loyalty? The butch/femme hotness of it all? Their deep intimacy and bantering, flirtatious established relationship? Their over-the-top dedication to their mission? (I'm always happy to see them have a chance to lighten up a bit, enjoy themselves and have fun. Much as I love Sailor Moon S, I'm just ... so happy when they're able to have more community/connection with the other senshi.)

On the sexy/kinky side of things, I tend to imagine Michiru taking charge (although I suspect Haruka would make a fine service top as well). She strikes me as someone who pretty much gets what she wants, and also someone who has the patience for really exquisite rope work. ;)

Fic prompts:

Building a life together after Stars, when there might actually be a lull in the demonic attacks on Earth/Tokyo/etc. How do they navigate domesticity? "Growing up" in a more conventional sense? What do they struggle with, and what makes it all worthwhile?

We know a bit about how they first meet, but I'd enjoy an expansion on it. Getting to know each other (in the context of being thrust into identities and battles they never anticipated). Recovering memories? Falling in love.

Haruka has had a really shitty day; Michiru takes care of her via D/s practice. (This could be explicit/smutty, or not! I would enjoy more subtle, non-sexual and/or domestic kink for them.)

Kaiou Michiru/Meiou Setsuna/Tenoh Haruka - art or fic
I'm a sucker for these three together. I love that whole concept of the three solitary soldiers (in their past lives) who are a bit older and feel a bit on the outside of the Inners' youthful group dynamic, but are learning to be family/in a relationship in their new life, beyond the mission. To find their own happiness and sense of community - with the others as well, but especially with each other.

I could imagine and would be open to any number of interpretations/relationship configurations between the three; I certainly see Michiru and Haruka as being romantic and sexual partners, but how Setsuna is included in that is up to you! (Her relationship to one or both of them could be sexual, romantic, both, or neither; as long as all three have a strong emotional connection and partnership! I quite enjoy all kinds of variety in polyamorous relationships.)

I also have an enormous soft spot for the whole 'Outer Senshi family' dynamic, and would love something sweet, domestic, or silly featuring these three parenting Hotaru (the magical, fast-developing baby-child-teenage soldier of destruction)!

Fic prompts:

During and/or after the events of Sailor Moon S, the three of them figure out how they fit together ... Setsuna, the formerly solitary soldier, and Haruka and Michiru, who were each others' only ally (and more, of course). How do they work as a unit? As a senshi team, as lovers/friends/something in between, as sudden co-parents?

Parenting shenanigans! A (bedtime?) storytelling competition, with Hotaru as audience and judge. Coping with a childhood crisis together. One of them being stuck at home with a childhood crisis while the other two have a day out/are busy at jobs or other outside pursuits (whether together or separately), with panic, miscommunication (or inability to reach each other) and hilarity ensuing. Etc!

Art prompts:

a domestic scene of some sort, especially one that compares/contrasts their styles/personalities. in the kitchen at breakfast time, for instance. doing chores/laundry. Hotaru's bedtime.

Snuggled up on the couch together after a long day (with or without Hotaru)

Post-battle, checking on each other/hugging/supporting and reassuring each other

On a three-way date somewhere cute or fancy, dressed to the nines, possibly with an Inner or two in the background, boggling a little.

Kaiou Michiru/Tenoh Haruka/Tsukino Usagi - art or fic
I’ve always enjoyed Haruka’s outrageous flirting with the Inners, Usagi in particular, and the very flustered responses she gets. Combine that with my toppy!Michiru headcanon (and dislike of infidelity) and the intense loyalty to the Princess that both Outers express in the manga especially, and … mmm. What a fun combination of a slight age gap dynamic/potential sexual initiation, and the whole fealty/loyal retainers relationship underlying it.

Fic prompts:

Usagi (or Serenity) goes to them for help/advice about romance and/or sex. "Practice" kissing, flirting, dating, or more ensues.

Haruka & Michiru are giving Usagi a ride; she feels excited and nervous as she often does when alone with them, the conversation turns suggestive, and they’re on a lonely stretch of road overlooking the ocean ... how far does the teasing go?

The Guardians of the Outer Solar System, rarely seen on the Moon, visit for a banquet or a ball or a military strategy meeting or some such thing. Princess Serenity is FASCINATED by these extremely cool older girls. Antics and hero worship (and probably flirting) ensue.

The Guardians of the Outer Solar System visit the Moon and are clearly in the process of falling in love with each other (which must be somewhat difficult, given how long-distance they are most of the time), much to Princess Serenity’s fascination.

Art prompts:

Haruka and Michiru tag-team teasing an obviously very flustered Usagi, leaning in close, enjoying themselves (in the car, at the Fruits Parlor Crown, at the arcade, out on the street ...)

Sailor Pluto/Queen Serenity - art only
Sailor Pluto/Queen Serenity (the elder Queen Serenity of the Silver Millennium) is one of my favorite rarepairs; the apparently solitary Queen of the Moon Kingdom and her loyal, isolated soldier who guards the gates of time and watches over the Kingdom from afar! Pining, fealty, eventual tragedy, oh my. A few years ago, one of my friends casually mentioned that Queen Serenity (from the Silver Millenium, not grown-up Usagi) and Sailor Pluto would have been an incredible tragic romance. Pluto was the guardian of the Gates of Time, alone … a dedicated, isolated soldier, separate from the social world of the Moon and Earth, loyal to her Queen. Forced to watch from afar when the Dark Kingdom attacked, unable to abandon her post.

I find myself mostly wanting visuals for these two (comics would of course be welcome if you feel so moved).

Prompts:

I have a particular soft spot for late 80s/early 90s teams and characterization. I haven't been a regular reader/subscriber to more current books in a long time, although I've read bits and pieces of the current Krakoa era and would like to get into more. Feel free to mix and match as you please!

I'm also a near-religious listener to Jay & Miles X-Plain the X-Men, which has shaped my knowledge of/attitude to parts of canon I wasn't personally familiar with before their coverage somewhat. ;)


Irene Adler/Raven Darkholme
Queer adventurer/villain/mutant activist wives (and co-parents). I mean. <3 Obviously there's some inherent melancholy here, given that Irene ages and Raven doesn't (among other factors) - but I'd prefer something that isn't too angsty, and especially something that doesn't include/reference Irene's death. After being editorially closeted for decades, they deserve some joy. (Additionally - anything dealing with accessibility in a positive way would be lovely.)

Fic prompts:

the story of how they met/fell in love in early 20th century Europe, probably amidst a caper!

actually, historical caperfic anytime from the 1900s on would be awesome (whether as costumed supervillains, or the days when I suspect they were pre-costume and probably oftentimes a lot more ambiguous in terms of their allegiances and goals.)

the pair wind up having some kind of ideological conflict they have to resolve to complete/salvage a mission (and reconcile emotionally).

Raven is certainly an aggressive person, while Irene often comes off as more reserved, but I’d enjoy seeing that dynamic reversed in private. I imagine Raven as somewhat service-oriented with Irene (possibly including service-topping in the bedroom?), devoted to her wife, following instructions or just prioritizing her in general. (And woe betide anyone who is so much as rude to Irene!)

balancing family ties with ... other pursuits during Rogue's childhood, and the challenges that entails.

Kitty Pryde/Rachel Summers
This pair is one of my longest-standing, most ironclad OTPs. I have a very particular love for their Excalibur-era incarnations and the frequent goofiness inherent to that book. On the other hand, I think they have rich opportunities to work with catharsis and caretaking through kink, with regard to Rachel’s traumatic history. The fact that her terrible past comes with so much BDSM coding makes me want to see her in more positive, healing kinky scenarios; and she and Kitty have such a deep, trusting, intimate connection, complete with psychic link. (I go back to this one scene in Excalibur #75 where Rachel actually brings Kitty into her traumatic memories. Sigh. <3) This could include non-sexual kink practice if you like; I enjoy that just as much as the kind with genitals and orgasms, especially when it comes to this kind of cathartic purpose!

Fic prompts:

Invent a Cross-Time Caper world and some wacky hijinks for them to cope with together! Tongue-in-cheek and meta commentary always welcome!

How do a couple of gals get some private time when they live in a lighthouse with their teammates (and sometimes random aliens/interdimensional intruders), and government officials are always coming to visit? Yeesh.

I love the early Excalibur issue where they argue about their different styles of dress (starting with the third image down in this post). Drawing from that, they each challenge the other to spend a day engaging in an activity the challenger enjoys, together, and hilarity ensues.

I’d love a story where the focus is on the aftercare as much as the play; Kitty cleaning Rachel with a warm or cool washcloth, snuggling her, playing with her hair, talking her back to herself (whether aloud or over their link). Art showing something like this would also be lovely (something where there are visible rope or impact marks, for example).

I love shibari/rope bondage as a method of creating relaxation, rhythm, a sense of security, or easing a submissive into subspace, and that could be really lovely here.

Impact or pain leading to subspace is great too. I tend to prefer things that don’t break the skin, but redness/bruises can be delightful. So is forcing the sub to agree to positive things about herself.

I've had a deep attachment to Kitty and Rachel's exchange on this page since before I could even entirely explain what I saw between them as a kid. When Kitty literally held Rachel's naked body on her return/rescue during X-Treme X-Men #44-45, I so desperately wanted them to kiss "hello." If you wanted to take a crack at reimagining this scene (and please feel free not to mimic the art style if so), you'd basically make my year.

Danielle Moonstar/Illyana Rasputin
I've been making my way through the collected "New Mutants: Classic" (aka Claremont's run on the original book) recently; I'd read bits and pieces before, as well as crossovers with the X-Men of that era, but never the whole run, and I'm enjoying it immensely. I've been especially intrigued by Illyana's relationships with her teammates, and Dani in particular. They make an effective team in the field from the start, and while Dani isn’t entirely inclined to trust or feel comfortable with Illyana, there's a really lovely sense of nuance in their interactions, of wariness and the beginnings of respect and liking and complexity. And they have interesting common ground ... Illyana contending with "corruption" and her "evil" magic, while Dani struggles with her power's facility for causing personal anguish and public exposure for those she uses it on. (And that's before she starts seeing Valkyrie death omens.) Meanwhile, they're both highly strategic, goal-oriented, and willing to break the rules or challenge authority when they feel it's necessary (or even, sometimes, convenient).

There's a lot that could be explored! (The rest of the team is welcome too. I love them all.)

Pairing-specific DNW: Explicit/sexually-themed fic or art for these two. The potential for it is great, I'm just not really interested in smut for them.

Fic prompts:

the key to defeating some sort of mystical baddie (perhaps during an invasion of the school?) involves facing your greatest fear. after teaming up to mostly win the day, Illyana is basically trapped by the fact that she is resigned to hers - can Dani help her consider that good and evil might not be that simple (or inevitable)?

alternately, the girls generally team up to save the other kids' asses from some kind of magical trickster, with wacky hijinks and hilarity and flirtation.

Dani and Illyana have been getting closer, but Rahne is scared/suspicious of Illyana and the influence she might have over her best friend. the three have an adventure and Illyana and Rahne wind up having to team up to help Dani. an uneasy truce is reached, and the romantic tension between Dani and Illyana progresses at the same time.

after the whole adventure where the New Mutants rescue Kitty Pryde (and ultimately themselves) from the Massachusetts Academy, Dani and Illyana realize their fears are not unfounded; the White Queen has managed to put some kind of subconscious influence on their friends, who are starting to act more and more off. the Professor is still absent. it's up to them ...?! And they get closer in the process.

Star Wars - art or fic
Amilyn Holdo/Leia Organa

There's such a palpable sense of history between these two, and not nearly enough fic or art! I want so much more of both of them, both in the era we actually get to see in the films (when they're much older), and back in the early days of the first Rebellion.

Fic prompts:

Amilyn and Leia met as very young women getting to know each other through their connection with the Imperial Senate. I'd love to see those early days of acquaintance and friendship - and the discovery/confidence that Leia was involved with the Rebellion, while Amilyn was still working in "legitimate" channels in the Empire and trying to start a career. Ideals and conflicted feelings and youthful romance!

Amilyn Holdo joins the Resistance under General Leia Organa, who has recently "lost" her son and become estranged from her husband. The two navigate the politics of their new organization, battle strategies, and ... an old mutual attraction? (Re: my DNWS, I wouldn't consider this infidelity given the estrangement.)

Art prompts:

stealing a kiss during any period of their lives (as young women in the Senate, as members of the Rebel Alliance amidst a firefight or on a base somewhere, during a Resistance strategy session or on the bridge of a starship)

Lily Inglehart/Ola Nyman

These two, man. Ola is delightful, and Lily ... is very important to me. (I heard about this show, originally, after a close friend texted me to say that I had to watch it because of the girl who liked aliens and tentacles. Plus glam rock aesthetics, and comics. You know how occasionally a character comes along who just seems made for you, specifically?) The two of them are so sweet and awkward and marvelous, and especially after the tough times they had in Season 3, I would really like some nice things for them!

Fic prompts:

In an effort to open up more to Lily's alien fantasies, Ola tries out sexting/co-writing/RPing with her, perhaps during a time when one of them is on some kind of trip or busy with a family thing, or just having a really busy week at school (I suppose we could handwave the whole "selling" bit - it wasn't clear how immediate that would be, right?) etc, so they have to keep sneaking off to do it. Give me giddy and awkward and silly, and blunt/earnest discussion of tastes and kinks and squicks! And

Ola encourages Lily to try a different platform for publishing her work, where she has a better chance of finding like-minded readers and such. Does this open up a whole new world to them? Do they open up a whole new world for others?

Unless I'm forgetting something, we never once see Lily and Jakob anywhere in the same space, or hear anything whatsoever about his thoughts on his daughter's oddball girlfriend. Something involving Lily coming over for dinner, and awkwardness and hopefully some silly, heartwarming stuff, would be fun!

Pre-season 3/earlier in their relationship, Lily shares her writing with Ola for the first time, leading to the beginnings of flirtation (or more) with alien roleplay.

Art prompts:

a panel/few panels of Lily's comics starring characters based on the pair of them (whether you want to go with the versions we see at the start of 3x7 or invent your own - either is thoroughly delightful)

at a school dance in outer-space-glam outfits of Lily's design, or just really anything playing with her amazing costuming

a date or smooches in a thematically-appropriate setting, such as a planetarium, or by the octopus tank in an aquarium

Vid prompt:

I'd really adore a vid about their relationship that plays with the space themes/two people from different "worlds" falling in love, in a mostly upbeat/happy way. (Song ideas in case you want them "Moonage Daydream" or "I Took A Trip on a Gemini Spacecraft" by David Bowie; "Ballrooms of Mars" or "Planet Queen" by T.Rex; "Face In The Moon," by Springtime Carnivore. I would be even more thrilled to see what else you might come up with instead, though!)
