Well! yuletart has finally started: several new pieces of fanart posted every day this month. You guys should check it out . . . I'm rather excited. :)

I finished my piece just under the wire, again, but now of course I'm too impatient to wait. I can't post it anywhere publicly 'til after the reveal, but I thought I'd go ahead and share it with a few friends now. If you'd rather, of course, you could just wait 'til it's officially posted.



My person simply requested fandom names; she didn't elaborate with characters, pairings, or anything else. No Santa letter. I picked Runaways, and since she had a Victor icon, I guessed that he was a favorite. So I decided to draw him with Nico; I'm not at all fond of the pairing, but they certainly are very picturesque and well-dressed together, and she's very fun to draw in general.

Since I had so little time to draw this in, it wound up pretty generic. I wanted to put them in wintry clothes for the season, so I decided that they were back in New York (present day). And I actually managed to design decent-ish outfits, I think . . . I was very intimidated (my person does fantastic costume design, while that is usually my nemesis), so I'm sort of relieved.

Anyway. So yes! I do hope she likes it; I had so little to go on. For what it is, I'm pretty satisfied.

Also, fandom is too damn small, seeing as I RP and am friends with the mod of yuletart. My guess is that I will not be seeing her today...wow, 89 pieces.

Oh, I wasn't aware of that community's existence; I've never really gone looking for Runaways fandom. I assume you're suggesting that I post it there? I might. Thanks. :)

LOL Sorrryyyyyy. My friend linked me to your bandom art and I was like oh, I don't do bandom what else does she do, cause this style is awesome, and then I realized I'd seen it before when the femslash_today porn battle stuff (which was FAMAZING) and hey, yeah, if you want, why not?

Oh, no worries. Sorry myself; I was all cranky this morning because Photoshop ate my latest project and I couldn't get it back.

Anyway, I'm glad you like. ^^ I'm sure I'll do more Runaways art eventually; I'll be sure to post it at at theleapfrog when I do.
