Does anyone know anything about contributing to humanitarian aid efforts that may not be run out of one's own country? (Maybe there will be some. Hostilities are just--hopefully--ending today.)

I try to stick to the big, reputable organisations like Medecins San Frontieres (please excuse my lack of accents), UNICEF or the Red Cross, so I know the money isn't being spent to buy bibles for starving children or something.
