reflectedeveVoted first thing this morning; there was a little line, nothing too long, but it made me happy to see. The one I passed closer to the T stop was longer.
My boss kept telling me yesterday that if I needed to be late to work in order to vote, I should definitely be late to work. &Boss; Of course, I was early, so I can leave early and sit around fretting for a bit longer tonight. That or trying to console my poor roommate, who was laid off yesterday.
Best of luck to all the rest of you with your voting today! (If you run into any trouble, try the Election Protection hotline: 1-866-OUR-VOTE.) And those of you in California, please please please get out there and vote "no" on Proposition 8. I wish I could.
